CycleSouth Privacy Policy applies to information collected on the Website and through other electronic communications including emails and texts.



CycleSouth does not allow minors (ages 13 – 18 years old) to create an account online.  Such an account must be created in person at the studio with a parent or guardian present.  The parent or guardian will need to complete and sign a Minor Waiver Form while at the studio.  Note that minors must also meet a minimum height requirement of 4 feet 11 inches based on the requirements of our indoor bikes.



CycleSouth collects personal information about our users including name, address, email, telephone and date of birth as you enter it into the Website.  It also automatically collects information as you navigate through the Website including usage details, IP addresses and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.  A cookie is a text file stored on your computer that was sent to your browser a website.  The website that creates the cookie is the only website that your browser will permit access to.  CycleSouth’s Website uses cookies to obtain information including Website access information (username, password).  You can disallow cookies on your computer.



Information collected allows CycleSouth to present its Website contents to you including service offerings, company information and promotions to you.  It is also used to notify you about your account, purchases and your reserved classes.  



CycleSouth may make changes to the Privacy Policy and will present changes here.  In the event, major changes are made, we will use all reasonable efforts to contact you via email with information.
